How do I know which service is right for me?Choosing the right service depends on what you need most right now: Rapid Results Coaching: If you’re feeling stuck on one specific issue—like deciding whether to pivot careers, managing overwhelm, or figuring out the next step in a challenging situation—Rapid Results Coaching is a focused, action-oriented session that helps you gain clarity and take immediate steps forward. Think of it as a quick solution for a pressing challenge. Compass Method Consult: If you’re questioning your overall direction, feeling disconnected from your values, or unsure about your long-term goals, the Compass Method Consult dives deeper into your “why.” For example, if you’re asking yourself, “Is this the right career for me?” or “How do I align my work and life with what matters most?” this consult will help you create a roadmap for intentional living. Highlands Ability Battery (HAB): If you’re curious about your natural strengths and how to leverage them for fulfilling work and life decisions, the HAB provides transformative insights. For instance, it’s ideal for clients who feel like they’re capable of success but unsure where to focus their energy or which career paths best align with their abilities. The assessment reveals how you’re uniquely wired to work and thrive. If you’re still unsure, schedule a complimentary discovery call, and we’ll figure out what’s best for you.

Do you work with people outside of healthcare?Absolutely! While my background includes healthcare, my coaching approach applies to anyone seeking clarity, alignment, or guidance in navigating life and career transitions.

What can I expect from a coaching session?Each session is tailored to your needs. We’ll focus on where you are now, identify your challenges, and create actionable steps to help you move forward. My goal is to provide clarity, accountability, and support so you leave feeling empowered and confident.

What is the HAB, and how does it work?The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is an in-depth, objective assessment designed to measure your natural abilities and strengths. Unlike personality tests that reflect how you perceive yourself or feel on a given day, the HAB uses timed work samples to evaluate your abilities in a measurable way. It provides clear insights into how you process information, solve problems, and perform tasks—based on actual performance, not personal interpretation. You’ll complete the assessment online in sections, with most work sample taking 3–5 minutes. Once completed, we’ll schedule a 90-minute personalized debrief to interpret your results and create a plan tailored to your strengths and goals. This process helps you uncover your innate talents, offering clarity and direction that’s rooted in facts, not feelings.

Do I need any special preparation for the assessment?No special preparation is needed. Just set aside uninterrupted time to complete the assessment, which takes about 3 hours. The results will be most accurate if you’re well-rested and focused.

How long does the assessment take?The HAB takes approximately 3 hours in total, but it doesn’t need to be completed in one sitting. You can break it into smaller sections over a few days, as long as the entire assessment is finished within 2 weeks. After completing the assessment, we’ll schedule a 90-minute debrief to interpret your results and discuss actionable next steps.

Do you offer payment plans?Payment plans are not available for individual consult sessions or the HAB. However, I do offer payment plans for clients who commit to personalized one-on-one coaching packages.

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?One reschedule is allowed for your session, but cancellations made last-minute or on the same day will not be refunded. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer one reschedule. Otherwise, the payment will be forfeited. Please only schedule if you’re certain you can attend.
